Client satisfaction is KEECHEE's top priority, and we’re always here to help. We offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.
All requests for returns or replacements must be authorized by KEECHEE during the warranty period and accompanied by a valid Order ID Number and proof of defect (such as pictures or videos).
To initiate a replacement, please send a request to support@keecheehome.com including the following information:

*Item name/description
*Reason for return
*Photo or video of the defect
Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.If your product has any quality-related issues, please contact us with details. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs.If you choose to return a product for personal reasons unrelated to quality, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost will depend on the courier service you select.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
1. Any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
2. Any defects in workmanship under normal use
3. Receiving any broken products
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual
2. Damage resulting from natural disasters
3. Modification of the product from its original form
4. Damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
5. Any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order number
6. Theft or loss of a product
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
If you return a product to KEECHEE without requesting from our customer support team or without all parts included in the original package, KEECHEE retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR RETURN ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.

Shipping Costs and Couriers
Thank you for choosing KEECHEE brand. You’ll enjoy free shipping on all your orders. KEECHEE reserves the right to send freight and post through any of the following carriers, subject to our discretion and capacity for expedience, availability, and economy: USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon package. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, where you may review your order and shipping and handling information.
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other islands. This also excludes restricted areas such as military bases. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please email us at support@keecheehome.com for confirmation. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders made within the US will be processed in the next 1 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 – 4 business days once the package has left our facility. Any delivery dates provided by KEECHEE are estimates. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Legal title to, right of possession, and risk of loss or damage to or destruction of the Products purchased shall transfer to the Customer upon KEECHEE's delivery to carrier at shipping point.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, KEECHEE will provide refunds for Damaged Product as described in our Return Policy.
